A good amount of high quality food. My wife and I were honestly surprised it’s as good as it is, being one of the only Mexican food places in a semi-small town. Absolutely worth a try.

Amazing Mexican food in Monticello! I wish I lived closer so I could come back anytime. My husband had carnitas tacos and I had the enchiladas. Everything was delicious but the chili negra that came with the tacos was out of this world! It had black garlic! I asked to buy a bottle of it but unfortunately they don’t sell it.

Delicious...delicious...delicious...the enchiladas suiza were soooo flavorful in a green poblano pepper sauce that just had the tiniest hint of spiciness. Ask for both chicken and shredded beef. The chips were amazing and rice, beans and chicken breast were also great. Service by Beto was very friendly and fast. Love this place! Oh, and the guac!!!!! Order at least a side!

I stopped by here during a cycle tour. Excellent food, amazing service, super friendly, nice relaxing atmosphere. This will be my go-to food stop in Monticello.

The food was off the hook! A bit on the hot side, but dam good! The service from all the staff was excellent and spot on with checking on how your doing. For us truckers that go by here it's a must stop for excellent Mexican food, I highly recommend eating here. Whenever I go threw thus town, I will be stopping in for lunch or dinner. Hungry or not, I do have a microwave in the truck to warm up if need be. keep up the good work, great cooking and great service!!! Till I pass threw again..... great work yall

If you are ever in Monticello, eat at Gustavo’s!! You won’t regret it. They are authentic but not sloppy. The free chips and salsa are unlimited. The salsa they bring out is spicy! Not at first but in the back end so beware! Coke products to drink. Prices are above 10 each plate but the bite will not disappoint.

Manager Shelly also went out of her way to check in on us and was equally courteous and gracious.
